Here’s her story.

“I grew up in Madras (now Chennai) and went to university there. After graduation, quite by accident I was recruited by the India Tourism office. I had found my calling. I stayed with them for 18 years working as a tour guide in tour management and in association with leading tourism operators such as Club Med. I then moved to Australia and for the past 20 years have been running my own travel agency and promoting tours to India.

I believe we have found a formula second to none. The key is in understanding people. You must be 100% client focussed. Tours have to achieve a fine balance between the entertaining and educational. Essential ingredients include little known trivia and taking your clients behind the scenes so that the experience we deliver will last a lifetime.”
